US SHIPPING: Since Gas is so HIGH here I will usually ship 3-5 days after payment is received. If this is a problem then PLEASE don't bid or buy. I do combine shipping on most of my items EXCEPT on my wholesale lots. I also charge anywhere from .75 to $2 for supply and handling fee's, they are included in the shipping charges.
