We got it with the box opened, but as you can see from our pictures, the actual hearing aid is factory sealed!
Even though this is new, I have to sell it "as is" since I won't be able to sell an even slightly used hearing aid.
In the picture with the serial codes and stuff, I blurred out some of the information on purpose.

Generally, products are shipped out in less than 24 hours of payment. Our products get to you by way of the United States Postal Service. We get a USPS pick-up EVERY MORNING (Monday through Saturday). That means when you buy from us, we have everything in place to get your product(s) right out!
