We accept the following forms of payment under these conditions:
PAYPAL - Ships out in the next 2 BUSINESS* days in most cases. International and USA.
PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS - No problem, but we have to hold shipment until 10 calendar days from the date of deposit. Reasons are obvious. USA only.
MONEY ORDERS - A United States Postal Service money order is the only money order we will ship next day with. It ships out in the next 2 BUSINESS* days after receiving the money order in most cases. We will accept any other money order, but we have to treat it as we would a personal check and hold shipment until 10 calendar days from the date of deposit. Make a trip to the post office instead of Circle K. It’ll save you a week in shipping time! USA only.
Payment or payment arrangements must be received within 3 days after the auction ends. If you choose to pay with a money order or check, be sure to use the eBay check out so it will email us with your intentions. Otherwise you will appear to be a non paying bidder if we don’t receive payment or communication within the 3 days required for payment.
* BUSINESS days are Monday through Friday (FEDERAL holidays are NOT business days!). So a Thursday payment could be shipped as late as Tuesday. Don't buy this without contacting us first if this is a problem.
Domestic Shipping (USA) -
We will combine shipping when possible. The domestic shipping charges are actual, based on package weight and your zip code. No domestic handling charges are added.
This weighs 8 pounds and will ship via the USPS' Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or fully trackable and insured via FedEx ground, your choice. If you order multiple items from us they will likely ship via FedEx ground. If you specify FedEx ground (select UPS) and if your eBay address is a P.O. Box please provide us with your physical shipping address. AK, HI, PR, VI, GU and APO... email us for a USPS parcel post quote.
NOTE - Once the carrier confirms delivery to your address we cannot be responsible for theft or mother nature. If that concerns you, then request that a signature is required for delivery (from FedEx or Postal Service). You will have to add $2 more during checkout because they both charge for that service on ground home deliveries (signature confirmation available in USA only). Otherwise they will leave it at your door if you are not home.
Shipments totaling $200 or More - Due to PayPal security regulations, anything over $200 selling price (not including shipping) AUTOMATICALLY ships signature required to accept the package and it must be signed for at your CONFIRMED PayPal shipping address! No CONFIRMED address... we cannot ship. If that doesn't work out for you, don't click that buy button
International Shipments -
We offer USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 day average from the date of mailing) or USPS Express Mail International (3-5 day average from the date of mailing). All shipping time estimations are from the USPS website, and depend on the US Postal Service as well as your country's postal service doing their job. We will mail it with 2 US business days of payment. We cannot control the speed or what happens to it after we mail it. Please do not attempt to hold us responsible for the postal service's actions if they do not meet their own quoted shipping times.
This package has to be valued with customs for the sale amount. This means you may end up paying customs fees to your government. That is beyond our control. If there are any customs charges, delivery fees or franchise fees due upon delivery, you the buyer will be responsible for any charges that your country and/or delivery service charges you ABOVE what you have paid here. Know what the charges are in your country BEFORE you buy.
Why don't we offer 1st Class International? - I would love to offer 1st Class International shipping. Neither the USPS website nor PayPal's shipping website offer it, so I would have to leave here and personally take it to the local USPS station, stand in line, fill out the forms and pay for it there. That’s an extra hour out of my day. Being a one man show that lists, ships, goes all over the southeastern USA procuring product (not to mention family duties)… I need more hours in the day as it is. It's just something I cannot afford to do. Plus, it doesn't track... which is a PayPal requirement for seller security compliance. PayPal and the USPS have teamed up to make it impossible for us sellers to offer the low cost of 1st class mail, and they know it. We have to offer the services that we can print here and have picked up here.
Please understand these simple scenarios. If you have a concern, feel free to email me. We answer quickly unless we are at a sale. If you cannot accept these basic terms... please don't buy this item.
