We take great care in our packaging to ensure safe shipment. We charge only a nominal fee to cover postage, material and labor costs. Once your order is received and cleared for payment, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
 
For shipping in the USA, we try to ship items ordered within 1-2 working days* from date of purchase and another 3-5 business days until you receive your order.
 
For International shipping**, take into account 10-18 working days. ** The customer is responsible for all tax and custom duties in their country.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.

We offer 14 days refund for sealed and unused products from day of purchase. The customer is responsible for 15% restocking fee.

We do not accept returns on USED products.
