Sure, you could use all of the gauze and bandages out of a commercially available 'family' kit intended for four to stop one major bleed, but try doing it by yourself, on your own arm, maybe in poor light. With even the most basic Cav kit you could do the same, alone, in the dark, and one-handed with a single Israeli bandage and maybe some Celox. We find that the more a customer knows about our products, the more the products sell themselves.
