Payments must be received within 3 days of auction end to prevent item from being re-listed and negative feedback left for buyer.
Only exception is if you're paying by check, we will accept the number of days it will take to clear.
We value your business and ship our items within 24 hrs of cleared payment.

SHIPPING INSURANCE is always recommended, especially for breakable or valuable merchandise and during heavy-shipping holiday seasons. Our listings show the shipping insurance as optional, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to add cost of insurance when paying the invoice that is sent at the end of the auction.
It can't be stressed enough that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items damaged or lost in shipping. This is the only way to protect your purchase against loss, theft or damage once it has been shipped from our facility. If your item is damaged by the PO in the shipping process and you have not purchased insurance, please do not email me for a refund because the PO will not reimburse, nor can we. We do our part by protecting your item well for safe shipping, however, you must do your part & purchase insurance--especially for breakables!
