Shipping and Handling

• FREE SHIPPING via Hong Kong Post Regular Air Mail to worldwide
• Please email ebay@globalsourcesdirect.com and indicate the SKU to inquire about shipping rates to other countries.
• Goods will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been verified and cleared.
• Delivery time will normally take about 7 to 10 working days. We cannot be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.
• Additional import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the package goes through Customs in your country. All duties and VAT levied will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the buyer’s government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.
• The shipping charge does not include insurance which may be purchased for an additional 5% of the product cost per unit.  If the shipment becomes lost or damaged during the transport process, we cannot be held liable.  If insurance is purchased, we will make a claim with the insurance company and reimburse the amount to you upon settlement.  If no insurance was purchased, we will not be able to refund or replace the lost or damaged item.

Please make payment within 5 business days of placing order. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Bank Transfer (T/T)

For Bank Transfer (T/T), the buyer will be notified of the payment details upon ordering.

Return Policy

• All items are new in their original packaging. Seller will replace or refund defective or damaged items only if buyers report problems within 15 business days of goods received
• Seller is not responsible for damages arising out of the transport process (see the Shipping and Handling section)
• Buyer must contact seller in writing to describe problems and obtain an RMA number prior to returning the item for exchange/refund
• Buyer will be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when shipping the defective item to the seller for exchange/refund
• Buyer will also be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when seller returns the replaced item to the buyer
• Seller will not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer use a traceable mean to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance
