Payment Methods:
In order to create a safe trading environment due to PayPal and eBay fraud protection policies when paying via Paypal we ONLY ship to Paypal confirmed addresses unless payment is made via money order; item will then be shipped only after money order funds clear. Thank you for your undertstanding and making eBay a safer place.
Please remember, a bid is a binding LEGAL CONTRACT. Please make payment within 5 days after winning the auction. Payment must be in possession of seller within 7 days of auction closing. Non-payment will lead to negative feedback and a non-payment file to eBay.
We reserve the right to cancel all bids with negative or zero feedback. Please contact me prior to bidding if you have zero feedback.
Refunds/Returns:
We do understand that different persons have different ideas with respect to the quality or condition of items, so we seek to describe each item to the best of our ability and to list any and all visible flaws. Please note, however, that all observations and descriptions have been made by me, and I do not claim to be (and am not) an expert with respect to any items in my auctions. Sometimes I might miss details or features that a collector of an item might know to look for, so if the description or picture I have provided does not describe or show what you want to know about, PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING, and before auction end.

Shipping/Postage:
Please READ the shipping and handling costs in our auction. If you are not agreement with stated shipping costs, do not bid on our auctions. All our auctions start at .99 and shipping costs include a handling charge; this covers cost of packaging and transportation related charges for shipping. We include a small handling costs so that we may keep our starting bids at .99 cents. We ask that you please remember this when rating your shipping fee. Thank you!
Please inquire before auction end regarding international costs to Canada and UK. International sales to UK and Canada require special handling/forms and shipping fees reflect such. Please note Buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees related to purchase.
Once your payment has been received, we ship as permitted after auction end. We strive to ship on Tuesday after 12 p.m. PST. Unfortunately, due to our work week and production schedule, we are unable to guarantee shipment until Saturday, please consider this when bidding on any item. We ship using the method described in the auction.
When you place a bid on an item you are agreeing to the terms of the auction and stated shipping costs (please bid accordingly). We combine shipping at a lower rate when possible. Though rare, it is not always possible to combine shipping on certain types of items. Please contact us with item numbers to determine multiple item shipping costs.
We work out of a professional production office therefore we do not offer local pickup (unless expressly stated in auction terms) due to time and scheduling constraints surrounding business and personal privacy matters. |
