This auction is for a professional paraffin spa system, used once, made by Mastex Thermal Spa. This spa is used to heat paraffin for dipping hands and feet. The moisture softens skin and is especially beneficial to arthritis sufferers.
There is a multiple setting knob to melt, keep warm and solidify the wax. The tub is stainless steel, which is very sanitary. Also included are plastic liners, 4 pounds of paraffin wax (2 lbs of Lavender, 2 lbs of Peach), and terry mittens and booties. The hands or feet are dipped, then the plastic liners are applied, and mittens/booties are put on to hold in the heat. I had purchased this for use in my salon, but never took it there. I tested it once on myself, but it was never used again (couldn't make the time). The paraffin was emptied, and the tub was cleaned with a disinfectant. The reason I'm selling is because I'm no longer in the spa business. Paid $120 new.
