The house was recently lived in by a tenant that tore it up a bit. I don't have time to manage tenants any longer. I'm simply too busy and I need someone (the high bidder) to take over this investment.
This house is assessed at over $60,000. Fixed up with a few thousand dollars you could probably sell it for $50,000 easily or possibly higher. That's just my educated guess. It could be better. I'm giving it away for $19,000 though. That's a true steal. All profits are YOURS.
