These are 5 brand new OPI Brilliance 2 way nail buffers/shiners. They can be used on acrylic or natural nails and are 1000/4000 grit. Use the green side first, white side second. They have 4 usable sides, so they last twice as long. They buff nails to a beautiful shine, no top coat needed.

:Payment:
PayPal is the only method of payment I accept. Money orders will no longer be accepted due to eBay's new policy. Prompt payment is greatly appreciated but Ebay's TOS policy states that you do have up to 7 days to pay. I will report anything later than 7 days as non payment. If you don't intend on paying, please don't bid!! Please understand if you pay by eCheck, I will not mail your item(s) until your payment has cleared. That could take up to 5 additional days after you have submitted your payment.
:Shipping:
I will only ship in the United States to the lower 48 states. Please do not bid/buy if you are else where. Buyer pays S&H. I use USPS Parcel Post (2-9 business days). Depending on where the package is going and how light it is, sometimes Priority Mail or First Class is cheaper. I will use that and credit you the difference via PayPal. Shipping fees include a delivery confirmation number AND handling charges, which involve packaging. That means the S&H charges WILL exceed the actual postage marked. For items that are won within 3 days of each other, I do combine shipping. You are charged the highest amount of S&H first, then $2.50 off each additional S&H cost. If you win multiple auctions, wait to pay until I send you an invoice with combined S&H. Combined S&H only applies to items mailed in the same box. I make it a point to mail your item(s) within 1-3 days of your cleared payment.
:Insurance:
Insurance is optional. If your item(s) is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping and you didn't purchase insurance, you will not qualify to have your money refunded. Please keep in mind, the USPS will not issue a refund if your package has proof of delivery (even if it's to the wrong house and they keep it!), so insurance is not always what it seems. I keep ALL my receipts from the post office to prove I mailed out your package!
:Returns:
I do accept returns within 3 days of you receiving the item. Please contact me within the 3 days and let me know you are wanting to return it. Unless the item(s) is grossly misrepresented, you are responsible for S&H fees AND a delivery confirmation number to send the item back to me. The item(s) must be in the original condition and packaging. If it's cosmetics, perfume, body or bath products, or hair products, I can NOT accept returns due to the nature of those products. Thank you for understanding.
:Communication:
I am a HUGE believer in communication!! It's essential in doing business! I ALWAYS email you the day I mail your package with your delivery confirmation number. Please check your email and eBay messages!!! If you ever email me for any reason, I will write you back as soon as I possibly can!! I'm a super nice person and I'm very practical when it comes to this. Please don't be demanding or expect things from me that are unreasonable. I don't like things that are complicated and I do everything in my power to make sure they're not. Please have the same respect for me!
:Feedback:
As a seller, I do not leave feedback until feedback is left for me. I want to make sure everything went smoothly. If you are unhappy for any reason, PLEASE let me know BEFORE you leave feedback and we will work something out. I want you to be 100% happy! As a buyer, I will leave feedback as soon as I receive the item. If I am unhappy for any reason, I will contact you before leaving you feedback. That is the only fair thing to do. People rush too fast to leave negative feedback and I feel this is not always the best way to handle certain situations. Sometimes all it takes is a simple answer to solve a problem! Treat others how you wish to be treated!
