This is a Brand New Laura Geller Baked Marble Eyeliner Duo in BLUEBERRY /DUTCH CHOCOLATE
Build up for darker color saturation, colors designed to 'pop' your eye color. This liner has a more creamy, formula than other baked products. Glides on to make a smooth line with a smudgy look. AND... It becomes water resistant when applied wet!!!
