U.S.A. Residents:
Shipping & Handling will be listed at the top of the page or located at the bottom of the page and it includes tracking. Insurance is not included unless specified in the listing and the buyer must purchase if desired. Insurance is $1.70 for $.99-$49.99 and $2.15 for $50.00 -$99.99 If the buyer does not purchase insurance and your package is lost or damage we will not replace or refund anything. It is your responsibility to purchase it. Due to the recent United States Postal Service Rate Changes some items shipping costs may seem high, We still are trying to keep the costs down but we have no control over the actual shipping costs. USPS charges $1.55 for the first ounce and 13 cents for each additional ounce thereafter for first class mail. There is also a limit of 13 ounces for First Class Mail. Then we pay $0.18 additional for delivery confirmation on First Class Mail & Parcel Post. After 13 ounces we must use Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Generally if you choose Parcel Post we will make every effort to upgrade your shipping option to Priority Mail as long as you paid us enough for shipping. If it exceeds the price we will have no other option then to use Parcel Post. Please note that Parcel Post and Media Mail can take anywhere from 2-9 Business days and is the slowest shipping option available. If you have chosen Parcel Post or Media Mail and you live in CA, CO, TX. LA, AZ and WA please take note that we have seen it take the longest end of the approximate shipping time and we recommend you use priority if you are in a hurry for your order to arrive and have no patience. Again we will do whatever we can with the amount of shipping costs you have paid to ensure the fastest and safest delivery as possible. After we have printed your shipping label through pay pal you will receive a message from pay pal that we have shipped your package and it will include the tracking information. You will also receive a system message from ebay (Our store) of all the information you need regarding your transaction with us. It will include exactly when & where your package was shipped and shipped from. Approx delivery times and again the tracking information. Please note that if you reside north of V.A. the tracking information will not update until your package has been delivered. If you live south or west of V.A. it will most likely (but not guarenteed) be checked in the Richmond check in center, Once it is checked in it will state so in the tracking update. If it states " The USPS was electronically notified by the shipper that on (date) to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available. Information if available is updated every evening. Please check back again later. This message is normal and does not mean we did not ship your package. If we have not shipped your package it will read " No record of this item and no information is available." If you get this message after 6 business days of you being notified that your package was shipped, please contact us asap so we can further investigate this message.

Canada Residents:
Shipping & Handling will be listed at the top of the page or located at the bottom of the page and does not include delivery confirmation or insurance Insurance still will not be available for all Canada Residents unless you choose Priority International shipping option but is costly. We do not offer that option automatically but can be requested up request. Please note we use First Class International (Airmail) for all packages unless you request to have your item shipped Priority International. Approx. Delivery time for First Class International is 6-16 Business days (Excludes Holidays & Weekends). Effective August 1, 2007 all packages sent to Canada will have an attached Customs form. The number will be recorded from the customs form for proof of delivery. If an item is not delivered to you for whatever reason(s) the number attached to that customs form will be investigated by the Federal Government (USPS) to show if the package has arrived to Canada or not. Please DO NOT ask if we will mark the customs form as a "Gift" as we will NOT. We can however mark the "Other" and keep the cost of the item below "$20.00" for all our Canadian Customers to prevent you from having to pay "Duties" anything marked below "$20.00" you should not have to pay "A Duty Fee". Pay pal also has also increased the fee for Canada payments for a "Border Fee" which is twice as much as we get charged for a USA payment so if you see an increase in the shipping and handling costs to ship to Canada this the only reason why. Please also note the further away you live from Virginia the longer it is going to take for the delivery of your package. The closer you live the faster your package will arrive. We also include the pay pal receipt in all packages, if you prefer your receipt not be included please contact through the ebay message system right after you have made payment to us.

We do not ship any items internationally. Sorry for the inconvenience. However if you have a family member or a friend in the U.S.A or in Canada we will consider shipping the item(s) within these areas. Please contact us for more information and approval.

Discounts:
We do discount shipping and handling on 99% of our items. Pay full price for the first item (heaviest) and half off each additional item. If you want combined shipping you must pay for all your items on one invoice. If they are paid for seperate you will not be eligible for combined shipping. Pay pal charges us a fee for each payment we receive. If you send us 2 payments then we get charged 2 fees. Most UPS items are not discounted.
Handling fee:
Our handling fees are very fair and allowable by ebay selling standards. All handling fees are included in the quoted shipping price listed at the top & bottom of the listing. We do not charge you a seperate handling fee from the quoted shipping price at the top & bottom of the page. Included in the handling fee is a Delivery Confirmation we get charged by the USPS to track your package. Delivery Confirmation is free for priority and 18 cents per package for first class & parcel post packages. Also may be included in the shipping price or the actual item price we include a handling fee of $1.50-$2.50 fee for all of our items regardless how big or small the items are and regardless who purchased and where its going. Most toothbrush heads, heads & cutters, screens & cutters are not charged a handling fee in the shipping price. We include the handling fee in the actual item price. These handling fees are for professional packaging materials, which includes professional grade bubble bags- envelopes and poly bags, bubble wrap, shipping labels, professional grade shipping tape, printer ink, handle with care stamp and gas to and from the post office one time everyday accept Saturdays & Sundays. We DO NOT use Boxes to ship our items unless it is absolutely needed. If this is not acceptable to you please do not purchase from us. 99% of the items we sell are small & lightweight items and fit snug in the bubble & poly bags and are made sure well protected to ensure a safe delivery. Also included in our handling fees are a percentage of the ebay listing fees and the final value fees as well as the pay pal fee that we get charged to accept your pay pal online payment. Pay pal also has increased the fee for Canada payments for a "Border Fee" which is twice as much as we get charged for a USA payment so if you see an increase in the shipping and handling costs to ship to Canada this is why. Lastly all the hours we invest into making every transaction personal and a successful one. So from start to finish it is very expensive but we split the costs down the middle with the buyer. The customers pay half of the costs and we pay the other half. |
