- Shipping to Canada is a flat $350.00.
- All Tanning Beds are built to order. We estimate that it will take 8-15 business days to build and have ready to ship.
- Delivery times vary based on the city and state in which you reside.
- Residential deliveries arrive on a 48' - 53' tractor-trailer.
- You are responsible for unloading the tanning bed, and it can take 3 to 4 adults to unload a tanning bed.
- Please provide a contact phone number when ordering. The tanning bed cannot be shipped until we recieve a phone number.
- Optional Concealed Damage Shipping Insurance is available for $29.00. Insurance covers replacement parts only and does not cover shipping cost.

| ANSWER: Yes, this is a brand new 2008 model bed. |

| ANSWER: Yes, the bed comes with new high output lamps rated for 1000 hours. |

| ANSWER: 90 days on the bulbs, 6 months on the acrylic and shocks (from wear and tear), 6 months labor, and 2 years on all other parts. |

| ANSWER: No, unfortunately we are not set up for customer pickup. |

| QUESTION: How is the tanning bed shipped? |
| ANSWER: All tanning beds are shipped by common carrier. Curbside service only and you will need at least 2 to 4 people to unload off the truck. |
