Where we ship:
We can ship anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States with a physical address and U.S. postal ZIP code. Sorry, no shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO address.
Sales Tax:
We add a 6.5% sales tax for orders shipped to Minnesota.
Shipping and Handling:
A fee for shipping & handling will be added to your order based on the products you purchase. Prior to completing your order, you will have an opportunity to review the applicable fees.
We typically ship DHL, UPS Ground Service or USPS Express shipping is not available.
Truck Shipped / In-Home Delivery:
Some of the larger items we sell must be delivered by truck. When placing your order for any truck shipped item, please provide a daytime phone number and a member of the trucking company will contact you directly to schedule delivery into your home.
Warranty Information:
To receive a free copy of the manufacturer's warranty prior to making a purchase, please contact us at service@greatdealclub.com with the item number and your mailing address.
Return Policy:
· We will issue a full refund for unopened items returned within 14 days from the shipment date. Refunds will be issued to the purchasing PayPal account.
· Open items may be returned for a full refund only if deemed defective.
· Shipping and handling, processing, installation or other fees are non-refundable unless the item is deemed defective.
· We will inspect items to determine if they are defective.
· All television purchases are final.
· DVD’s, CD’s, Computer Software and Video Games -
these items may be returned for a refund within
14 days from shipment date only if the original
packaging is unopened with the factory seal
intact. Any items that are returned opened within
14 days from the shipment date will be accepted
only for an exchange of the identical product
