Q. How Do I order the Maxisound Digital and how does it ship?
A. The item will ship via UPS. You will receive your hearing aids within 2 to 3 business days of using the “Buy it Now” feature.
Q. How do I know the MaxiSound Digital will fit my ear(s)?
A.The MaxiSound Digital comes with 3 soft silicone tips (S, M, L) that will produce a comfortable, snug fit for the majority of ears. The MaxiSound has been designed to fit most people. If, however, the MaxiSound Digital does not work for you, return it for a full refund (less S&H).

The world of sound is also full of harsh noises to which you have grown unaccustomed. Keep this in mind when wearing your new hearing instrument and be patient. You'll soon become reacquainted to the sounds you've been missing.

Q. Is the MaxiSound programmed for my own individual hearing needs?
A.It is factory programmed to increase the amplification to the frequencies from the middle of the human voice range and higher. These are the frequencies that people tend to lose first. The MaxiSound Digital helps people with mild to moderately severe hearing loss.
Q. What is the toggle switch for?
A.The MaxiSound Digital provides an Ambient Toggle Switch. When ON (flipped down or away from the battery door) the filter will reduce the lower frequency (below 800 Hz) input experienced in crowded situations. Use of this feature will depend upon your preference and degree of hearing loss

Q. How long will a MaxiSound Digital last?
A.hearing aid can last for years with proper care. It is important to keep your hearing aid clean and free from wax build up. Clean it with a dry cloth after each day's use. Check to see if any particles are lodged in the receiver opening, and if so, pick gently with the cleaning tool provided. Be careful not to push wax into any openings on the instrument. Do not use water, alcohol, or any other liquids on your MaxiSound Digital. Handle your instrument with care. Don't drop or throw your aid, as serious damage can result. Don't expose to excessive heat (stove top, heat lamp, car glove compartment, hair dryer, etc.) Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never use hairspray, hair tonic, or hair dryer while wearing your hearing aid. Don't immerse in water or any other liquid. Avoid exposure to excessive perspiration. Keep as dry as possible. Consult MaxiSound Laboratory for all repairs. If you open the case of the instrument or attempt any repairs yourself, you void any warranty and may complicate the nature of any malfunction.
Q. Can I use my hearing aid for a trial period?
A. Yes! We offer a 15 day trial period. This starts from the day you receive your aids. You may return the aids and all accessories within the 15 day trial for a full refund minus shipping and handling. Though, we do encourage you to let us know of any concerns you have with your aids before sending them back. It may be something as simple as adjusting the volume, etc. We take pride in knowing that we offer complete customer service and our primary goal is to make our customers satisfied.
Q. Do I need a medical exam to purchase your hearing aids?
A. No, you do not need a medical exam to purchase a hearing aid from us. As with all hearing aids online, the FDA grants you the right to waive a medical exam and purchase hearing aids directly from us.
Important notice to prospective wearers: This product is designed for adults and is not to be worn by individuals under the age of 18. A prospective wearer may purchase hearing aids without a medical exam by submitting a medical waiver. The requirements for this purchase option follow:
Waiver to Medical Evaluation Requirements: "According to the FDA, it is in your best health interest to obtain a professional medical evaluation before purchasing a hearing aid and you are encouraged to do so before bidding on this item. If you choose not to obtain a medical evaluation before purchasing this item, I am required by law to provide to you and obtain from you a signed written waiver of the medical evaluation. I am also required to provide to you a copy of the User Instruction Brochure for a hearing aid, review the contents of that brochure with you, and allow you time to read the brochure. You must provide to me either a signed statement from a physician or a signed waiver before I will deliver this item to you. Upon your request, I will also provide to you a copy of the User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid or the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor from whom a User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid can be obtained."
