(3) Approved returns must be shipped within 5 days via route they were shipped and WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Insurance required if it was insured to you.
(4) Your money will be refunded within 48 hours after the pkg is received and inspected. NO refund if protocol is not followed or items are damaged.
