We charge you only for the hearing aid itself. We offer continued support you via telephone and email at no additional charge. Some people feel the need for face to face visits, but there is a great charge involved in that practice. For everybody else, we are here to save you thousands.
Do you guarantee the hearing aids that you sell?
Of course we do! Our Manufacturers Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 14 months from the purchase of the product. If during inspection it is determined that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials or workmanship we will repair or replace it. The warranty does not apply if the product has any damages due to misuse, or abuse.

Can I use my hearing aid for a trial period?
Yes! We offer a 15 day trial period. This starts from the day you receive your aids. You may return the aids and all accessories within the 15 day trial for a full refund minus shipping and handling. Though, we do encourage you to let us know of any concerns you have with your aids before sending them back. It may be something as simple as adjusting the volume, etc. We take pride in knowing that we offer complete customer service and our primary goal is to make our customers satisfied.
Do I need a medical exam to purchase your hearing aids?
No, you do not need a medical exam to purchase a hearing aid from us. As with all hearing aids online, the FDA grants you the right to waive a medical exam and purchase hearing aids directly from us.
