In these turbulent times you need the Sharper Image's beautiful Sound Soother 20. It features all-digital recordings of authentic natural environments, plus innovative soundscapes of "Wind Chimes," "Foghorns," "Roadside," and 17 others. Make your choice to mask out traffic noises, barking dogs, a snoring partner, a neighbor's stereo and escape the noisy, hectic world. It's in good used condition showing scuffs and scratches. There was some discoloration on a couple of metal pieces in the battery compartment, so I cleaned them up. There is no damage to the battery springs. Item includes a set of alkaline AA batteries and an AC adapter, while not factory original, it works fine. All sounds work as they should with batteries or AC adapter as well as the sleep timer is properly working.
