TOP TIP - get some nail brightener (I used Boots No 7 Ultimate Nail Brightener but any brand should be ok) & paint it on your nails if they are discoloured. You will feel instantly better about exposing your nails - particularly if you want to wear sandals - PLUS the nail solution works through the nail brightener. This can be done by men as well, as the nail brightener has a really subtle effect. However, you should apply a VERY THIN coat if you do not want it to look too obvious. Remember to get some nail varnish remover as you will need this when you are re-applying the brightener.
