If you have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS and it becomes necessary to return the item, (within 7 days) I will reimburse you for the return ground UPS shipping. If you don't have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS the 7 day return policy applies only to the merchandise. ALWAYS, e-mail me first if there is a problem with the merchandise. I have a very liberal return policy - I strive to keep you satisfied so that returns are not a common occurrence.

If you want to combine items, email me and I'll change the listing. In the event that you want to do this, I will only charge you actual cost, so I may have to reimburse you through PayPal. Combined shipping discounts cannot be applied if one of your items has already shipped out.

Shipping

All items listed are in stock and will be shipped within 1 working day. Sooner in some cases when the order is received before Noon PT. Any deviation will be posted in the listing.

Shipments will be made to your street address only. No P.O. Box addresses.

Please, understand that on weekends it may not be possible to ship until the next business day since UPS does not deliver or pick up packages during this time.

I make sure that all items are packed safely and are in good working order when shipped. However, in the shipping world, things do break and get lost. In the rare occasion that this occurs, you'll be glad you are doing business with Friendly Oscar.

For very expensive items, insurance is required.
