As you will know, a woman's fertility starts to decline after she gets to 30 but what you probably did not know is that the hormone F.S.H. (follicle stimulating hormone) is intimately involved with a woman's fertility and high levels tend to be associated with reduced fertility.

F.S.H. is the hormone that maintains the regular function of your ovaries and sex hormones so it is a useful aid in assessing your fertility. This test is especially useful for women with irregular cycles and women aged 30 or over. 2 tests are included and if both test results are positive it is an indicator of reduced fertility.

Provided your order and payment is received before 3.30pm UK time during business hours it will go out the same day by 1st class Royal Mail (Air Mail if you have an overseas address). All packages have no indication of content, are marked "Private and Confidential" and the contents are not visible or identifiable from the outside of the package. All shipments to all destinations are fully insured and covered in the event of loss or damage - though we will require you to follow some simple steps in order to have a re-fund or re-send in those rare occurrances when your shipment is lost or damaged. 

All overseas shipments are via Air Mail and usually arrive in 2-4 days for Europe, 3-7 days for North America and 5-10 days to Australasia. All packages are correctly labelled including completed Customs documentation and our specific FDA Import Licence number for all North American shipments.

How do you use the Test?

Read all instructions carefully before performing the test.

• When ready to urinate remove the test stick from the foil pouch. Discard the foil packet.
• Remove the protective cap from the test stick to expose the absorbent tip. Do not throw the cap away.
• Hold the test stick by the thumb grip with the exposed absorbent tip pointing downwards and place directly into the urine stream for at least 10 seconds, until it is thoroughly wet. Do not urinate on the control or result window. If you prefer you may urinate into a clean cup then immerse the absorbent tip into the urine for 10-15 seconds.
• Remove the test from the urine stream and replace the protective cap over the wet absorbent tip.
• Lay the test stick on a clean, even surface with the viewing windows facing upwards, while you wait for the result. You may notice a pink colour moving across the windows as the test begins to work.
• Wait five minutes before reading the result.
