We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, for that reason we offer a 7 day money back guarantee from date of purchase for unused, unopened items which are in their original perfume packaging. You may return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax within 7 days of the invoice date less 25% restocking fee and Shipping and Handling; or you may exchange your item(s) for different in-stock item(s) available at UltraFragrances; please note the additional shipping fee will apply. We do not accept returned products that have been opened. Any shipping cost you incur returning the product to us will not be refunded.
You MUST obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number for the items you wish to return/ exchange in order for your return to be processed. Any returns/ exchanges that do not have a "RMA (Return Materials Authorization) Number" and are in non-saleable/ original condition will not receive a refund and will be returned back to the original recipient at the recipient's expense.
