RETURN POLICY: Returns will only be accepted is you receive the incorrect product, wrong flavors, or an expired product. NO OTHER RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Buyer must notify us within 24 hours or receiving the order of the situation to be eligable for any returns. Buyers will be given a Return Authorization # and this must be on the outside of the package. Packages received without a Return Authorization # will be refused. Return must be postmarked within 7 days of issuing the Return Authorization #. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. If shipping costs are listed as "FREE", our actual shipping costs will be deducted from all returns. For details on how refunds are issued, refer to our refund policy below.
REFUND POLICY: All refunds are issued via PayPal regardless of original payment method. If your order is cancelled or returned (SEE RETURN POLICY ABOVE), an auction cancellation request will be processed through eBay. Buyer is required to agree to the auction cancellation in order to receive the appropriate refund. Failure to agree to the auction cancellation will result in a $5.00 order processing charge to cover all eBay fees.
