Payment is due within 10 days. We will ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. Shipping fees are for Domestic U.S. only. We ship via US Postal Service and prefer a physical street address. We do not charge actual shipping. We charge shipping and handling. You will find that we are very fair. If payment is not received within that time, we do reserve the right to relist the product unless prior arrangements have been made.
We highly suggest and strongly recommend insurance as the USPS offers very reasonable shipping but is not perfect. Our experience shows USPS loses about 1 out 750 packages and we are sorry to say we cannot be responsible.
If you would like insurance on your item, the cost depends on the price of the item that you have won. We charge actual insurance charges and will also be calculated upon a successful auction.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please know the Customs Regulations for your country. Please be aware that Fragrance is considered flammable. If your item is confiscated for any reason, we are not responsible and will not be able to reimburse you, resend the item, etc.
Also, in compliance with German Customs Laws, we will not ship any unboxed/uncapped or tester units to Germany.
PayPal is the ONLY form of payment accepted from International Buyers. We do not accept wire transfers. We reserve the right not to ship any items that have an unconfirmed address with PayPal. We ABSOLUTELY cannot accept any responsibility for an international order.
COMBINED AUCTIONS: YES! We will gladly combine auctions. An invoice will be emailed to you combining all of your items won with S&H. If you want the combined shipping, then please wait to pay until all of your won items are on a SINGLE invoice.
