Payment and Shipping Info:
I prefer PAYPAL please – it’s quick and easy and I can ship much faster for you - special exceptions may be made if buyer contacts me.
Please make sure you send your payment within 5 days of auction end. I will relist items if not paid for or no contact within this time.
Please feel free to ask about me about clothing measurements if I’ve not specified them in my auction. I don’t want any surprises for you or myself after the item is shipped.
I will accept returns if I’ve made an error in my listing but if you didn’t ask me a question and the item doesn’t fit, I won’t give a refund. I do my best to make sure item descriptions are as accurate as possible on clothing items.
Most items have been used only for my own children so if for some reason I have missed something please email me immediately so I may try to resolve any issues. I try to list things that I myself would by for my children. I want everyone to be happy with their purchases from me J
Please note I can’t be held responsible for lost items from the Post Office which I’m sure you can understand. Please indicate if you’d like insurance on your auction, please let me know at or before your payment time. Expedited shipping comes with $100 insurance coverage which is usually enough. I try to pack items very carefully to avoid breakages.
Please make sure you understand the shipping price before you bid. I use Canada Post for shipping and I’ve tried to post a couple of different options for your consideration. Please note that I can't be responsible for items held up at customs. I've had items take over a month to get to the states due to customs. I mark packages as “Other – Ebay”. I recently was left a negative feedback for slow shipping. This is really frustrating as I can't help what happens to your parcel once it leaves my hands. PLEASE don't leave negative feedback for slow shipping times.
I have no problem combining shipping if you win more than one auction. Just add on $3 per extra item as long as you make your purchases within 3 days - let me know if you're bidding on my other auctions so I hold off invoicing you. I will do my very best to have your item shipped within 48 hours days - Please email me with any questions.
