Returns
We offer a warranty on all our products. If it is defective we will replace it no questions asked within 1 year of purchase date. Viatek also offers a 30 day money back guarantee. Please contact cs@viatekproducts.com with any questions you may have.
When Returning Merchandise:
Pack up the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip. All returned items must be in their original purchase condition including the original product packaging, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.

Restocking Fees
A restocking fee up to 25% may be applied to selected items that are returned. The restocking fee is a percentage of the total purchase price of an item. Shipping Items Back
Ship your return package using the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request delivery confirmation. Item needs to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for refund.
