| Return Policy |
Return policy: You may return a hearing aid for refund or replacement within 10 days of the shipment date due to material defect or damage during shipment. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any products and write in a visible location on the outside of the return. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns for other than manufacturer or material defect will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and all original parts, instructions and packing. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued via PayPal.
