Question: What is the shelf life of MMS?

Answer: From Jim Humble’s book Miracle Mineral Supplement of the 21st Century: “Shelf life, if the bottle has not set in the direct sunlight, is two to four years if the bottle is dark glass or plastic.”  Keep your MMS bottle in a dark location such as a closed cabinet for maximum shelf life.

Question: How long can a bottle of MMS last for individual usage?

Answer: Depending on the amount consumed one bottle of MMS can supply an individual anywhere from 3 months (15 drops twice daily for extreme conditions) to over 1 year (6 drops "daily maintenance dose").  If you only intend to use MMS when seasonal illness strikes then a single bottle may last up to 4 years.
