- How We Ship
- We currently ship via U.S.P.S., U.P.S., FEDEX, AND DHL. FREE tracking numbers will be provided by Paypal E-mail Notification. Usps priority mail is usps flat rate priority mail rate which is their $8.95 plus $1 for packaging/bubble mailer/etc costs. It is your responsibility to make sure you are receiving e-mails from Paypal. We always do post tracking number to your paypal account. Paypal will then e-mail you the shipment information. Contact that shipper if you have questions. Upon bid/purchase of this ebay auction contract, you waive all of your rights to ask for shipping difference refund, if we ship differently than stated.

- If you paid for UPS 2ND DAY AIR, know this..... we are carrying over discount from UPS directly to you. The actual 2nd day ups air are approximately $18 dollars or up. We charge you half price off actual shipping cost! It doesn't mean you get it in 2 days!! You need to add + several business days for handling time, processing order/packaging time, and for shipper to come in next business day to pick it up. Once it is in UPS hand, it is 2 DAY AIR!! Lot customers are confused by this. Simple said.. You pay 2nd day air ups, it is 2 days + 1-3 business days handling time, equal less than a week expection arrival date.
Return or Replacement:
- If any problems do arise, please contact us, before leaving feedback, we will strive to try to resolve any issues that concerns you.
- While that is taken care of, in any omissions/errors in the description details which are are unintentional.
- If you had received defective/damaged item, we will ship you a replacement, after we receive the defective product back to us, and that the faulty item is due to our part. If damage occur by the shipper, you need to check the payment if you had it insured, then you CONTACT the shipper yourself and resolve your damaged package. If damaged
