This auction is for a Weight Watchers Coupon by Whitman's Bagged Chocolate (Buy 2 get 1 Free Expires 04/30/09) plus a Weight Loss Charm Bracelet! This bracelet is awesome for those of you who are tracking your diet. It works by moving the charm for whatever you are tracking such as POINTS, CARBS, CALORIES, EXERCISE or all of these or whatever it may be.
HOW IT WORKS:
~ Begin your day by placing the charm next to the starting bead, which is the BIG bead. As the
day goes on move your bead for whatever you are tracking, for example if you are tracking
points you might move it 1 bead or if you are counting calories you determine how many
calories each bead is worth. The unique thing about this bracelet you determine the unit of measure
or catagory that each bead is worth! You get to customize the bracelet for your individual
needs!
~ If you are at the end of your day and you need more beads you just start over and keep
counting. Many of my clients finish their beads but like to start over to track their exercise
and water as the day goes on!
~ This bracelet is a reminder throughout the day of your daily goals and also of your long
term weight loss and nutritional goals.
