Domestic shipping (U.S. and Puerto Rico only):
Winning bidder agrees to pay $6.95 for shipping and handling for the first item and $2.95 for each additional item in a multiple purchase order.  Items must be paid for together in a single payment to qualify for the combined shipping discount.  Shipping cost includes all packaging and handling fees, including delivery confirmation.  Insurance is optional but recommended.

Please allow 4-10 days for delivery of your item.  Deliveries are normally made on business days.  A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and packaging.

Return Policy & Feedback:

All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.  If not, we will deduct from your refund accordingly.  Once the item is returned we will issue a refund for the item less shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable for obvious reasons, and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless an error was made by us in shipping an incorrect or broken item. 

In addition, a 20% restocking fee is charged on all returned merchandise unless a mistake was made by us in delivery of the purchased item.  If the return is from eBay we also require a mutual agreement not to complete the transaction due to the item being returned before a refund can be given.

All items are in stock as of the date of the auction.  Occasionally, items may become out of stock or discontinued due to inventory changes or circumstances beyond our control.  If this should happen you will be notified immediately and a refund issued.
