Up for sale is a ( OPTIONAL VINYL or WOODEN) unpainted,un-shingled,(model is painted and shingled for the finished effect),handbuilt, cupola approx. 24in.L X 24in.W X 24in.H. It has a base that is 9 1/2" in height with mitered corners,a rounded edge shelf board,six louvered panel on all four sides(louvers are set into grooves of columns not just nailed or glued in),you can choose from 14 different shingle colors(25 yr. Owens Corning Shingles only).Shingles are cut down to 3"H X 12"L to give it a better look for the roof size. Shingles are ($35.00)extra. All shingled cupolas come with white drip-edge which can be painted also. The cupola is weather-vane mountable but only comes ready for an outside mount bracket weather-vane. If you have an inside mount weather-vane I will need to drill a 3/4 inch hole, and construct bracing for it to set in. The hole and bracing is ($10.00) extra. I will also cut out the roof pitch(if you have a gable roof) up to a 9/12 pitch (or up to 11/12 pitch if you choose an extra base) Cutting out the roof pitch in the base is ($10.00) extra. I am not liable for your mistake if you give the wrong roof pitch.
I can send you a diagram of how to determine your roof pitch. If you see the diagram it is really simple.
Cupola wood is VERY smooth but may need to be lightly sanded in certain areas that are missed before painting. One pint of paint will paint the cupola two coats and only takes about 1 1/2 hours to paint.
A cupola is a visual improvement to any garage,shed,or home and can really be enjoyed by the owner.
Pay-Pal buyers please allow up to 8-9 days to shingle, cut-out roof pitch, install base, and fill in nail holes on your cupola before shipping. This time will vary due to when you order your cupola. I ship as fast as I can but only finish one cupola at a time. I ship A.S.A.P. as you can read in my ratings.
